Typically I require payment in full for all agreed-upon sessions before the start of the first session. Under certain circumstances, you may qualify for a personal payment schedule, depending on pre-approved agreed terms with me, Katherina Capra.

In certain unusual situations, you may need to cancel future sessions.  If that need arises I require 2-day advance notice, unless it is an emergency then please notify me so, Katherina Capra, directly. If you have remaining sessions that you have paid for and did not use, you are entitled to a refund of those sessions if you ask for a refund, or you may reschedule the sessions.

In the event the program or session is terminated by me for any reason, you are entitled to a prorated refund of the unused portion of your fee, or you may use it for a rescheduled session.

If you withdraw from the course program within the first 14 days for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund, minus any hours already used. If you decide to withdraw from the program after the first 14 days, there will be no refund.

Any refund will be returned within a week of direct notice to me, Katherina Capra.
